Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Proficiency in project management and estimating software, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, prepare, and document meetings; manage project communications.
• Develop project timelines and budgets; coordinate logistics for equipment and teams.
• Generate detailed project reports and maintain project documentation.
• Support PMA Levels 1 and 2; mentor and provide guidance.
• Perform other tasks to support business objectives and continuous learning.
