Job summary

Potomac Electrical Services LLC in Jeffersonville, OH is seeking a Project Manager II to assist in managing small electrical projects and learn foundational PM skills. You will support senior PMs, coordinate tasks, and cultivate relationships with customers while focusing on safety, compliance, and quality delivery.

The role is onsite with minimal travel and opportunities for career advancement within TechPro Power Group and its affiliated companies.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience with project estimating and takeoffs is desirable.
• Basic understanding of electrical drawings and specifications (training provided).
• Familiarity with NEC standards and OSHA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior PMs in scheduling meetings and milestones.
• Prepare and maintain basic project documentation.
• Maintain organized project files and data accuracy.
• Manage project-related communications with emails and calls.
• Collaborate on simple project plans and budgets with senior PMs.
• Track tasks and oversee timely completion.
• Generate basic reports on project status for stakeholders.
• Support safety compliance and regulatory standards.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Perform other duties to support business objectives.
