Job summary

EC Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to partner with Operations Support leadership to train, manage and coach the project coordinator team.

You will support Assistant/Project Managers and Project Executives to ensure accurate documentation tracking, billing and schedules per contract requirements. Responsibilities include bid tracking, submittals, RFIs, and coordinating with multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction or large-scale projects with bid tracking, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project start-ups and close-outs.
• Provide front desk relief and administrative support as needed.
• Prepare routine correspondence and proposals.
• Participate in training course development and delivery.
• Manage and track documentation, schedules, and billing per contract requirements.
• Coordinate activities across multiple business units or locations.
• Assist with bid forms, vendor proposals and subcontract tracking.
• Support submittal processes, RFI handling and change management.
• Lead meetings and trainings; coach and supervise staff.
