BearCom is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator reporting to the Director of Operations/Operations Manager. You will oversee multiple project engagements, prepare action plans with resources, timeframes, and budgets, and coordinate with Regional/National Project Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will communicate with staff and clients, manage schedules, assess risks, and ensure project documentation and stakeholder communications are maintained.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Understanding of the PMI framework.
• Practical knowledge of various project management methodologies, tools, and applications.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in Project Coordination and Project Management.
• Familiarity with general construction industry and practices; permitting knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Segment projects into achievable actions and set timeframes for completion.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Monitor project progress and manage issues; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Help prepare budgets and analyze risks and opportunities.
• Ensure standards and quality through QA/QC activities.
• Travel may be required up to 25% of a given week.
