BearCom is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the BearCom Operational Finance organization, including the Stone Security unit. This high-impact leader will drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles, delivering executive-level financial insight across multiple business units.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Experience supporting operational business units and executive leadership.
• Experience within multi-location, distribution, technology, or security and communications services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; MBA preferred.
