Job summary

Stone Security, part of the BearCom family, seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee complex project engagements and ensure premier customer experience. You will collaborate with Regional/National Project Managers to craft action plans, budgets, and risk management strategies, while maintaining documentation and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Understanding of PMI framework and project methodologies.
• Familiarity with construction industry and permitting knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills under pressure.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with BearCom and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Segment projects into actionable steps with defined timeframes.
• Liaise with clients to identify requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Help prepare budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Analyze risks and opportunities and manage procurement.
• Monitor progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Work with the Project Manager to resolve blockers and issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Ensure quality assurance and control throughout the project.
