Job summary

ICF's Digital Modernization Division is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator, Communications and Events, to support Treasury Enterprise Application programs. This on-site role coordinates communication campaigns and client events, partnering with government stakeholders to deliver high-quality, timely results.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in federal project delivery and event coordination, 3+ years leading teams, and Agile experience. US citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support for communication campaigns and client events with direct client partnership.
• Lead project coordination across planning, scheduling, communications, and event activities.
• Manage stakeholder meetings, requirements discussions, and contract reporting.
• Elicit and translate business and user requirements into actionable specs.
• Travel on-site domestically and up to one international event per year.
