Job summary

ICF Next is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead federal digital development efforts from a client-facing, delivery perspective. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps, priorities, and releases, and ensure projects stay on timeline and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years of federal project management, ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, and a strong background in Agile delivery with experience in JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading federal digital development.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and coordinate with clients to define priorities and roadmaps.
• Establish schedules, roadmaps, and release plans aligned with customer needs.
• Manage budgets and resources, and identify and mitigate risks throughout delivery.
• Guide Agile ceremonies and improve ways of working to ensure quality and timeliness.
