Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in Cheswick, PA is seeking a Project Coordinator III to support cross‑functional teams and manage client inquiries, quotes, and orders from start to finish.

You will coordinate with vendors, track project milestones, and prepare documentation while maintaining a high level of service and clear communication with internal departments and customers. A proactive, detail‑driven approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on quotes and answer customer inquiries.
• Estimate simple projects based on customer specifications and product knowledge.
• Enter time-sensitive orders and verify job information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with vendors to purchase and track hardware.
• Support project planning by communicating with production teams and plant managers.
• Prepare project documentation including orders, warranties, close-out packages, and related materials.
• Assist with customer visits and support external sales efforts.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with Accounts Receivable to support billing activities.
• Train new team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Support estimating and project management processes while serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Help ensure projects remain on track and meet customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
