Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Olathe, KS, seeks an Estimator Project Coordinator III to join our team. You will follow up on quotes, estimate simple projects, and enter time-sensitive orders while coordinating with production and vendors to keep projects on track.

You will support planning, prepare documentation, assist on visits, and liaise with accounts receivable to aid billing. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience required; glass/aluminum industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on quotes and answer customer inquiries.
• Estimate simple projects based on customer specifications and product knowledge.
• Enter time-sensitive orders and verify job information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with vendors to purchase and track hardware.
• Support project planning by communicating with production teams and plant managers.
• Prepare project documentation including orders, warranties, close-out packages, and related materials.
• Assist with customer visits and support external sales efforts.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with Accounts Receivable to support billing activities.
• Train new team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Support estimating and project management processes while serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Help ensure projects remain on track and meet customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
