Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP in San Diego, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator II to provide day-to-day project coordination and project management support across Electric, Civil, and New Business programs. This role ensures project information stays current, stakeholders are informed, and project controls are maintained.

You will track schedules, milestones, and action items, support project execution plans, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Analytics, Business or equivalent field required.
• 3+ years of direct project coordination support on utility or related programs/projects.
• PMP, Agile or other program management certification a plus.
• Strong experience with Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
• Adept with MS Project, Primavera (P6) or equivalent PM planning tools; cost reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, schedules, status logs and action item registers.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables and key deadlines.
• Coordinate updates from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of project execution plans.
• Manage small construction projects from initiation through closeout.
