Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Vermont seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to provide routine and select advanced administrative support to the project management team on multiple projects, including data collection, filing, and dashboard maintenance.

You will assist bid and award processes, prepare documents, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant project information and communications.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely in a timely manner.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and some advanced administrative support to project management.
• Collect, process, input, organize and file data and documentation.
• Support bidding and award processes with documents and communications.
• Maintain project dashboards and ensure compliance documentation.
• Prepare routine correspondence and non-standard communications as needed.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and manage information flow.
