Job summary

Ameritech Facility Services is hiring a Lead Project Coordinator in Ball Ground to support project managers and GMs. The candidate must have commercial construction PC experience, be highly organized, and able to multi-task to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Responsibilities include entering new jobs, coordinating schedules and subcontractors, and managing project paperwork, lien releases, and conference calls while maintaining strong communication with technicians and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have commercial construction PC experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Experience with Office suite and Google Docs.
• Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter new jobs in Project Management System.
• Communicate schedules and requirements to field technicians.
• Receive, track, and save project paperwork.
• Coordinate Subcontractors – Request paperwork, ensure all subcontractor requirements are met and filed into the appropriate company file.
• Lien releases.
• Participate in project conference calls.
• Answer project questions from technicians and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
