Dewberry's Rancho Cordova, CA office seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to support project managers in civil engineering services, handling project setup, invoicing, budgets, schedules, and client communications.

The role emphasizes time management, organization, and strong written/spoken communication as you interface with clients and internal teams, contributing to diverse transportation and water infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree minimum (preference for engineering or related field).
• Background in project support managing project schedules, budgets, and finances.
• Experience in transportation and water related project management or related consulting is preferred.
• Experience in project and business accounting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
• Ability to become proficient in company-based software programs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Management Team, Project Managers, and other staff.
• Create, edit and maintain forms, templates, reports, graphs, schedules, and correspondence in Microsoft Office programs.
• File and archive project-related documents.
• Routinely review, prepare, and distribute financial reports as needed.
• Schedule meetings with customers/clients and project team members.
