Dewberry is actively seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our Construction Management Group in Rancho Cordova, CA or Manteca, CA. The role focuses on water and public infrastructure projects, including pump stations, pipelines, and mechanical/electrical systems.
The candidate should have 15+ years of experience in construction management, construction engineering and inspection, with familiarity in CMAR, design-build, and design-bid-build delivery.
Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our Construction Management Group in either Rancho Cordova, CA or Manteca, CA. The candidate will possess a background and experience in water‑wastewater, storm water, flood control, pipeline, and commercial/public buildings related infrastructure, including pump stations, pressure pipeline, gravity pipeline, mechanical and electrical systems and associated structures. The construction manager will be responsible for inspection, supervision of other inspectors, resident engineering, and constructability reviews during the design process. Candidates are expected to assist other Dewberry functional units in the review of deliverables, estimating, and to provide expertise during design. Client types are municipal/government and private (e.g. developers, builders, etc.). Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience in construction management, construction engineering and construction inspection. The successful candidate must demonstrate an extensive background and certifications, skills, and the ability to work with a diverse inspection staff, providing resident project representation (RPR), construction inspection, management, and administration. Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, design‑build, traditional design‑bid‑build) is desired. CMP certification is desirable but not required. Other education, engineering, or construction management degrees are desirable.

The projected range for this position is $111,000-$169,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
