Job summary

Dewberry seeks a Senior Project Coordinator in Rancho Cordova, CA to support the Management Team and Project Managers across diverse civil engineering projects. The role covers project setup, invoicing, financials, and deliverable production, with emphasis on budgets, schedules and client interfacing.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in transportation and water-related projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree minimum (engineering or related fields preferred).
• Experience in project support managing schedules, budgets and finances.
• Experience in transportation and water-related project management or consulting is preferred.
• Experience in project and business accounting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Ability to become proficient in company software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Management Team, Project Managers, and other professional and technical staff.
• Create and maintain forms, templates, reports, graphs, and schedules in MS Office.
• File and archive electronic and hard copy project documents.
• Routinely review, prepare, and distribute financial reports.
• Schedule meetings with customers/clients and project team members.
