Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support Global Clinical Operations with calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and budget tracking.

You will coordinate GCO strategy projects, organize events, maintain SharePoint sites, manage agendas/minutes, and help prepare presentations and communications. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in administrative support and pharma-related work are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years administrative experience supporting individuals with strong project management skills (preferred).
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare/Pharmacovigilance-related experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support: manage calendars; prepare expense reports; arrange domestic/international travel; manage purchase orders; coordinate events; maintain office supplies; support manager/team in line with company policies.
  • Support project management: coordinate and implement GCO strategy/business planning projects (e.g., finance tracking), GCO events, org chart updates, and SharePoint site management.
  • Schedule meetings; manage agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Draft and send communications as needed; update headcount tracking.
  • Track projects/budgets and compliance with business processes (e.g., TEMPO, budget management).
  • Coordinate reviews of deliverables; support slide/key communications production.
  • Manage logistics for multiple projects (scheduling, supplies/food, MS Teams info); address project needs with team members.
  • Record/store minutes and facilitate communication of project outcomes; monitor progress, schedules, and resources.
