Job summary

eTeam in Bellevue, WA seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to support the Post Investigation Remediation Program under the Senior Program Manager. You will help manage and develop the program, oversee Training & Communications, Reporting & Metrics, and Incident Remediation, and contribute to program effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 4–7 years of compliance experience and a Bachelor's degree.

• Prepare analytics, executive reports, and document program activity to measure effectiveness.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships to increase program awareness across the company.
• Deliver presentations and training on the program or compliance topics as needed.
• Participate in risk assessments, awareness campaigns, and technology implementations within the program.
• Create training materials and online resources for employees supporting the program functions.

Role Summary:

• Under the direction of the Senior Program Manager, Post Investigation Remediation, the Compliance Manager will assist in the management and further development of the company's enterprise Post Investigation Remediation Program.
• Responsibilities will include assuming management over several key functions of the Program; for example; Training & Communications, Reporting & Metrics, Individual Incident Remediation, Continuous Improvement, or Post Implementation Effectiveness Monitoring.
• Primary management of one or more key functions of the Program (e.g, Training & Communications, Reporting & Metrics, or Individual Remediation Facilitation, etc.
• Perform analytics, prepare and present executive reports, document program activity, and measure effectiveness of the assigned Program functions.
• Maintain active and constructive working relationships throughout the company to ensure effective cross-functional relationships and increase Program awareness.
• May include delivering presentations and training on the Program or substantive compliance topics as needed.
• As a key member of an integrated Program, participate cross-functionally in other Program initiatives such as risk assessments, awareness campaigns, compliance program development in specific compliance areas, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Develop training, communications, job aids and online resources for employees in support of assigned Program function.
• Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
