Responsibilities

• Assist in management and development of the enterprise Post Investigation Remediation Program.
• Oversee Training & Communications, Reporting & Metrics, and Individual Incident Remediation.
• Support Continuous Improvement and Post Implementation Effectiveness Monitoring.
• Prepare analytics, executive reports, and document program activity to measure effectiveness.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships to increase program awareness across the company.
• Deliver presentations and training on the program or compliance topics as needed.
• Participate in risk assessments, awareness campaigns, and technology implementations within the program.
• Create training materials and online resources for employees supporting the program functions.
