Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc is seeking an experienced Project Controls professional in the Richmond area to plan, schedule, cost-control and estimate industrial projects. You will develop schedules for contract packages, monitor progress, and manage change notices while coordinating with multiple disciplines.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Science or advanced coursework preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Knowledge of schedule constraints and deliverables for project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules from meetings and field verification.
• Maintain change notice/change order management and support hearings.
• Develop and maintain cost system, reconcile commitments and produce cost reports.
• Create construction cost estimates and detailed engineering schedules.
