Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a seasoned planner/scheduler to manage heavy industrial projects in the U.S. This role focuses on planning, scheduling, cost control, and estimating with strong collaboration across disciplines.

Requirements include 5+ years in planning and scheduling, cost control, and estimating, plus proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office. A high school diploma is mandatory, with a BS/MS in Construction Science preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Science, Building Science or advanced coursework is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities and identify coordination issues.
• Monitoring and updating schedules by obtaining updates through meetings, construction coordination interviews and field verification.
• Monitoring and maintaining the change notice/change order management system and facilitating hearings and meetings.
• Developing estimates for construction projects including change notices.
• Developing and maintaining the cost system including reconciling commitments, change orders, contractor invoices and cost reports.
