Qualifications

• BA/BS + 4 years of related experience in project controls.
• US Citizenship is a requirement for this role.
• Preferred: 8+ years of project controls in engineering/construction management.
• Knowledge of earned value and scheduling practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function on small and large projects for a broad portfolio.
• Prepare cost reports tracking actual vs. committed costs and update forecasts.
• Coordinate with project teams to develop effective Work Breakdown Structures.
• Communicate budget, cost and schedule analyses to PMs and leadership; develop recovery plans when needed.
• Manage subcontractor spend and payment processes; assist with procurement and subcontract administration.
• Assist Project Managers with Salesforce entries and updates; ensure contract compliance.
