Job summary

You will lead the project controls function, manage budgets, cost reports, invoices, and procurement coordination, and work with project teams to optimize earned value and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized.
• Able to prioritize and meet requirements of multiple competing project demands.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Reviews performance trends, prepares analysis and cost impact and monthly project performance reports, and recommends contractor invoices for approval.
• Prepare regular cost reports including tracking actual and committed costs against budgets. Update forecasts based on progress.
• Establish project budgets from proposal estimates and assist Project Manager with setup and execution.
• Coordinate with project personnel to develop Work Breakdown structures and communicate budget, cost, and schedule results.
