Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Project Controls Specialist (I–Sr) onsite in Texas to support multi-million dollar capital projects. The role focuses on schedule analytics, IMS integration, and EVM KPI development to ensure timely delivery across EPC partners and owners.

You will work with project managers and stakeholders to forecast, reforecast, and report using Primavera P6, IMS, and PowerBI, covering a three-year horizon and 90-day rolling metrics.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team, be a self-starter, and have a strong work ethic.
• On-site walkthroughs to visually assess completed work and confirm data alignment.
• Proficiency in creating project dashboards and performance metrics.
• Experience with Primavera or similar scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of EPC contracts and project controls practices.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly EPC schedule submissions and analyze actuals vs. plan.
• Incorporate EPC data into IMS and perform weekly EVM KPI analysis.
• Conduct Quantitative Risk Schedule Assessments (QRA) and report findings.
• Oversee monthly EPC reports and maintain 90-day rolling adherence in IMS; update PowerBI dashboards.
• Run what-if analyses to assess impacts on critical milestones and payments.
