Job summary

Entergy seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist to oversee cost, schedule, scope, and risk management across complex projects. You will guide Project Controls Specialists, ensure reliable estimates, and collaborate with the PM team to deliver objectives on time and within budget.

The role requires strong scheduling, cost control, and risk management expertise, plus Primavera P6 proficiency. Office and field work across sites with travel up to 25–50% is common.

Qualifications

• 6 years minimum capital project management and/or project control experience with project controls focus.
• Experience on large scale capital projects.
• Experience with EPC contracts or similar project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Implements PM standards in cost, schedule, scope, WBS, and risk and issues management for assigned projects.
• Performs independent project assessments and serves as a SGP Gate Reviewer.
• Conducts training on the Entergy SGP and project controls disciplines such as QRA.
• Assists in analysis, optimization, and reporting on the project portfolio and budget plans.
• Maintains Owner's schedule and integrates contractor schedules into the master schedule.
