• Develops time‑phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports for project portfolios.
• Performs financial analyses including variance, risk and profit/loss analyses.
• Provides guidance and training to junior staff; may supervise junior engineers.
