The ideal candidate will apply financial controls, forecasts, and performance analyses, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years of related experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required for federal contracts.
• Willing to travel up to 20–40%.
• Experience with earned value management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyze time‑phased schedule baselines and cost baselines.
• Collect monthly schedule and cost data; identify variances and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain risk reserves and integrate into forecasts; prepare standardized client reports.
• Support implementation of financial controls, procedures, systems and forecasting techniques.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project teams across levels.
