Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support services projects across the U.S. You will develop schedule and cost baselines, analyze monthly data, and prepare reports for stakeholders.

You will apply Earned Value Management, manage risk and forecasting, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety protocols. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may substitute for degree.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% as needed on projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time‑phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Prepare earned value reports and cost status for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety protocols.
