Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support cost control data management for projects in various lifecycle stages, based in Valparaiso, IN. The role involves maintaining multiple data files and processing timesheets to ensure accurate reporting of costs and labor.

You will verify submitted invoices against timesheets and conformed contracts, obtain approval from Project Managers, and communicate results and issues to the Manager of Project Controls and other departments as

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience in construction, engineering, or similar.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple project cost control data files.
• Process project timesheets and maintain Time Sheet database.
• Ensure correctness of submitted invoices by referencing timesheet data and conformed contracts.
• Obtain payment approval for invoices from Project Managers.
• Communicate results and issues to the Manager of Project Controls and other departments as needed.
