Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project controls, cost estimating, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Maintain multiple project cost control data files across the project life cycle.
• Process timesheets and ensure accuracy of the timesheet database.
• Communicate results to the Manager of Project Controls and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Establish lines of communication with departments to integrate information for accurate reporting.
• Disseminate cost information to support project decision-making.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and project staff.
• Monitor, share, and analyze data for more accurate project forecasting.
• Assist in annual budget development, preparation, and reporting.
• Develop project controls guidelines and tools.
• Support cost preventive action and standard cost reporting.
