Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced industrial planner/scheduler in Gonzales, LA, to lead scheduling, cost control, and estimating activities on heavy projects. The role requires strong coordination with multiple disciplines and field verification to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in planning and cost control, proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a track record of developing and maintaining project schedules and cost

Qualifications

10+ years of industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor or Master in Construction Science/Building Science or related field preferred.
Certification in AACE or PMI preferred.

Responsibilities

Developing schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities and identify coordination issues.
Developing, monitoring and updating schedules through meetings, coordination interviews and field verification.
Maintaining change notice/change order management system and cost reports.
Developing cost estimates for construction projects including change notices.
