Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Gonzales, LA, seeks an experienced planning and scheduling professional to lead heavy industrial project planning, cost control, and estimating activities. You will develop schedules, monitor change management, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to maintain safety and schedule alignment.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, Timberline Estimating, and Microsoft Project is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor/master preferred.
• AACE International or PMI certification preferred.
• 10+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating for industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analyses for contract packages to forecast construction activities and identify coordination issues.
• Monitor, update and maintain schedules through meetings, field verification, and coordination interviews.
• Assist in cost control by reconciling commitments, change orders, and invoices; produce cost reports.
• Develop construction estimates including change notices; manage change notice hearings and change committees.
