Job summary

Hargrove seeks an experienced planner/scheduler with strong cost control to manage heavy industrial projects in the U.S. You will forecast construction activities, monitor schedules, and maintain change management processes while coordinating across engineering disciplines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning, scheduling and estimating, with expertise in Primavera P6, Timberline Estimating, and MS Office. Bachelor’s in Construction Science is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor/master in Construction Science preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating experience.
• Strong communication and coordination with engineering disciplines and contractors.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Timberline Estimating and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules through meetings and field verification.
• Maintain change notice/change order management system and facilitate hearings.
• Develop cost estimates and maintain project cost reports.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to ensure scope and schedule alignment.
