Responsibilities

• Staff Management: lead a team of project controls staff and ensure adherence to scheduling standards and procedures.
• Program Management: oversee development, implementation and monitoring of enterprise-wide project scheduling controls and metrics.
• Project Oversight: ensure projects meet scheduling controls requirements and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Compliance: monitor documentation and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies linked to project scheduling controls.
• Resourcing: plan and coordinate scheduling team staffing in collaboration with HR.
• Professional Development: identify learning needs and provide coaching and performance feedback.
