Job summary

Portland General Electric is seeking a Manager of Project Controls Scheduling to lead a team responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules across generation, transmission, and distribution projects. You will drive best practices, metrics, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery and program success.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and leadership within PGE's Project Controls organization as part of its decarbonization and grid resilience

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Eight or more years in Construction Project Controls, Scheduling or Project Management; with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead a Scheduling team and implement enterprise-wide scheduling controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Scheduling team within Project Controls to meet scheduling goals for multiple programs.
• Develop and monitor enterprise-wide project scheduling controls, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee scheduling tools, baselines, risk management, and deviation analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication with stakeholders.
