Job summary

Portland General Electric (PGE) is seeking a Manager, Project Controls Scheduling in Portland, Oregon. This role leads the Scheduling team within the Project Controls organization, guiding development and management of schedules for generation, transmission/distribution, and facilities projects.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction project controls and at least 2 years in a leadership role, with deep expertise in Primavera P6 and scheduling controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Construction Project Controls, Scheduling or PM with 2+ years in leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of project scheduling and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Scheduling team within Project Controls.
• Ensure schedules meet baselines, regulations and stakeholder needs.
• Develop enterprise-wide scheduling controls and standards.
• Coach and mentor staff with performance feedback and development plans.
• Coordinate with PMs to align schedules with project goals.
• Monitor risks and drive scheduling improvements across programs.
