Primoris Services Corp. in Independence, MO seeks a Lead Project Controls Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for energy services projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery through rigorous planning.

You will lead CPM/EVM driven scheduling, mentor junior schedulers, and collaborate with PMs, engineering, procurement, and field teams while upholding company standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project controls scheduling within energy/oil & gas or heavy industrial construction.
• PMP or PMI-SP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with CPM, EVM, and scheduling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for all project phases.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams for input and alignment.
• Perform critical path analysis, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress against baselines, address variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare schedule updates, reports, and forecasts for stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead schedule review meetings and mentor junior schedulers.
