Job summary

RSI is seeking a Project Controls Specialist in Morgantown, WV to support the Project Controls Manager, Scheduling Managers, and analysts with data gathering, cost and performance analysis, and report integrity.

This exempt, full-time role involves developing schedules in P6, preparing monthly Cobra reports, and ensuring data quality across budgets and status updates. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field; experience may substitute.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• PMP Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Integrate processes and data.
• Develop advanced spreadsheets and training documents.
• Review and maintain procedures.
• Update and maintain supporting consolidation and tracking of information such as organizational codes and data for project management systems.
• Generate monthly Cobra reports and ensure format consistency.
• Coordinate and manage task order changes (TOCs).
• Support budget, performance, and cost data collection and evaluation.
• Assist CAMs with project status and tracking.
• Generate monthly projection schedules in P6.
• Create ad hoc client reports.
• Complete all required training.
• Other duties as assigned.
