Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction scheduling or project controls experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint to create and present data.
• Knowledge of scheduling, project controls, WBS, EVM, cost accounts, progress and resource curves.
• Working knowledge of P6 is required.
• Team player with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, client service orientation, and ability to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support detailed scheduling effort for the project.
• Advise on project progress, performance and resource utilization.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and management.
• Forecast business needs for demand and supply capability.
• Analyze critical and near-critical paths to project objectives.
• Monitor schedule revisions and variances.
• Prepare schedule reports, graphs, metrics and analysis.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Plan, organize, budget and monitor project performance.
