Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate team activities and support Project Managers on major projects in West Virginia. You will independently develop and analyze complex scope schedules using Primavera P6, baselining and maintaining schedules with KPI tracking.

Requirements include 5+ years in CPM scheduling, strong communication, and ability to interface with execution teams, contractors, and management. Some travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Education/experience aligned with scheduling, planning, and project management.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and critical path development.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and complex spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Define activities, durations, sequences, and milestones.
• Develop fully integrated system schedules with resource loading and leveling.
• Lead schedule reviews with stakeholders and capture minutes/action items.
• Provide schedule updates, risks, and KPI analyses.
• Mentor junior schedulers and support cost integration.
