Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC in Morgantown, WV seeks a Project Controls Specialist to support the Project Controls Manager with budgeting, scheduling, and performance analysis. The role involves data consolidation, Cobra reporting, and ensuring accuracy across financial and project data.

You will work under limited supervision, travel less than 5%, and contribute to schedule generation in P6, TOC coordination, and client-ready reporting. A PMP and a strong track record in EVMS and Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. Experience in lieu of education considered.
• 10 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for integration of processes and data
• Development of advanced spreadsheets and training documents
• Review and maintenance of procedures
• Update and maintenance of supporting consolidation and tracking of information such as organizational codes, resource codes, and other data needed to implement the project management business systems
• Generation of monthly reports in Cobra and review of report format for consistency
• Coordinate and manage task order changes (TOCs) from creation, incorporation and delivery
• Support of Project Controls staff in the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of budget, performance, and cost data, including assisting with status updates in P6 as needed.
• Assist CAMs as needed with project status and tracking.
• Generate monthly projection schedules in P6
• Create ad hoc reports as requested and customized to client needs
• Complete all required training
• Other duties as assigned
