Job summary

RSI is recruiting a Project Controls Specialist to work under limited review and support the Project Controls Manager, Scheduling Managers, and analysts. You will gather status updates, retrieve and analyze financial and project performance data, and manage task order changes to ensure accurate reporting.

The role is based in Grand Junction, CO, full-time and exempt, with travel less than 5%. The hiring range is $58,000 to $60,000 per year, and a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. (Education may be substituted with experience)
• 10 years of relevant experience required
• PMP Certification is required or preferred
• Strong earned value management and financial analysis skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex schedules and reports

Responsibilities

• Integrate processes and data across systems
• Develop advanced spreadsheets and training materials
• Maintain procedures and documentation
• Manage data including organizational/resource codes for project systems
• Generate monthly Cobra reports and ensure format consistency
• Coordinate task order changes from creation to delivery
• Assist with budget, performance, and cost data collection and evaluation
• Support project status tracking in P6 and with CAMs
