Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support a Project Manager in planning, cost control, and financial success of assigned projects. The role focuses on coordinating contractual requirements, design development, and construction progress.

You will travel up to 70% across the US, with locations in South Florida, Kansas, or Illinois, contributing to major infrastructure projects under MasTec’s General Building segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 5+ years’ experience.
• Procore project management experience and strong MS Project/Primavera skills.
• Excellent written/oral communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, cost control, and project completion.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, cost control reports, and PSRs.
• Coordinate contractual requirements, design development, and construction progress.
