Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Controls Manager in the renewable energy EPC sector to lead cost control, financial reconciliation, and risk management across large projects from pre-construction to closeout.

You will manage the controls analyst team, develop field standards, and deliver weekly productivity and variance reporting to senior leadership, ensuring projects meet financial targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, construction management, or engineering; or 10+ years in direct project controls.
• 10 years of heavy cost controls, field support, project management or billing management in EPC/construction.
• PMP or EVP certification is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of cost breakdown structures, cost coding, and back charge workflows.
• Strong leadership with ability to train and develop analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control, financial reconciliation, and risk management for large projects.
• Manage the project controls analyst team, train them in site operations.
• Develop and oversee weekly productivity reporting for upper management.
• Verify cost coding across work orders and reconcile budgets to actuals.
• Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions; forecast accuracy using EAC models.
