Rosendin seeks a Project Manager II in its EPC division to lead medium to large-scale renewable energy projects. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, construction, and commissioning while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires strong PM skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive projects to successful on-time, on-budget completion across civil, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA scopes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably within EPC.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale EPC projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Communicate updates to clients and stakeholders throughout all phases.
• Mentor and train Assistant Project Managers and Project Manager I.
• Support design, procurement, and construction activities across disciplines.
