Job summary

Blattner Company, a leading renewable energy contractor, seeks a senior Project Controls Leader in Minnesota to guide CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, and risk analysis across mega-projects. You will oversee teams and consultants, ensure SOP adherence, and drive data-driven decisions for improved margins.

Based at Blattner’s Avon, MN headquarters, you’ll collaborate with Estimating, Engineering, and Operations to standardize controls across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent education or relevant experience.
• Five or more years progressive experience in a construction project controls discipline including project scheduling, cost, or risk analysis.
• Experience leading senior level individual contributors.
• Experience guiding remote and in-office teams with clear direction and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project controls teams and third-party consultants; evaluate performance and mentor staff.
• Develops and analyzes CPM schedules; conducts schedule risk analysis and manages change and risk.
• Manages schedules, cost forecasts, risk registers, dashboards, and data visualization across portfolios.
