Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master of Science in electrical, mechanical, chemical or civil engineering is required.
• Extensive experience in project controls, cost control, cost estimation, planning and scheduling is required.
• Registration or certification preferred; may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor project controls professionals for skills development.
• Review and approve all project controls deliverables.
• Perform advanced cost control work as a technical specialist for complex engineering assignments.
• Develop and track office budgets with Accounting and Management.
• Validate professional services and construction estimates at project onset and track changes as projects progress.
