Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking an experienced Project Controls Leader to guide a team across engineering and construction projects. You will oversee cost control, estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting while developing budgets, progress metrics, and change control, partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver excellence. Strong leadership and EPC experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial experience in project controls, cost control, estimating, scheduling, and project management.
• Proven success leading project controls teams on complex engineering and construction projects.
• Experience managing projects and teams across multiple offices and locations.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cost management, estimating, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Experience supporting EPC projects and collaborating with accounting, operations, and clients.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project controls professionals.
• Provide oversight of project controls deliverables for quality and consistency.
• Manage cost control, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, progress metrics, and change management processes.
• Support project execution through planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives and drive best practices.
