Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of industrial experience in project controls, cost control, estimating, scheduling, and PM.
• Certifications in Project Management, Planning, Scheduling, Estimating or Cost Control preferred.
• Proven experience leading project controls teams across multiple offices and locations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project controls professionals.
• Provide oversight of project controls deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Manage project cost control, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, progress metrics, and change management processes.
• Support project execution through effective planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Review and validate engineering and construction estimates while monitoring project financial performance.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, project teams, and clients to achieve project objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of project controls best practices, systems, and technology.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
