Centric Services in Texas is seeking a Manager, Project Controls to establish and govern the controls framework across our gas projects. You will lead a project controls team, develop dashboards and KPIs, and ensure accurate cost, schedule, and risk reporting for leadership.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in construction project controls or a senior capacity, with strong Monday.com and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience in a senior or lead role on construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and enforces standardized project controls processes, tools, and methodologies across the project portfolio.
• Owns and oversees the enterprise project controls and documentation platform, ensuring consistent use for project tracking, reporting, risk management, and audit readiness.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and management reports that provide actionable project information.
• Lead project controls team and influence project stakeholders while communicating cost, schedule, and risk information clearly to leadership.
• Supports review of invoices and change management processes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
